The Tongibari Branch, Munshiganj of FIRST SECURITY ISLAMI BANK LTD starts its operation on 20^th December, 2012. Alhaj Mockbul Hossain, Former Member of Parliament, Chairman, Board of Governors, City University inaugurated the Branch. Among others Mr. A. A. M. Zakaria, Managing Director, First Security Islami Bank Limited, Mrs. Golam Fatima Tahera Khanam, Vice Chairman Board of Governors, City University, Mr. Syed Waseque Md. Ali Deputy, Managing Director, Mr. Azam Khan, Head of Marketing & Development Division, Branch Manager and Local Elites were also present on the occasion. A Doa Mehfil was also organized on the occasion.
