The Laskarhat Branch of FIRST SECURITY ISLAMI BANK LTD started its operation on 26 November, 2014. Mr. Syed Waseque Md Ali, Managing Director (Current Charge) of First Security Islami Bank Limited inaugurated the Branch. Among others Mr. Wahidur Rahman, Zonal Head, Chittagong, Mr. Azam Khan, Head of Marketing, Development & Public Relations Division, Mr. Md. Mahabubul Alam, Head of General Services Division, Mr. Shamsul Karim Mazumder, Manager, Feni Branch, Mr. Md. Abul Hasan Chowdhury Manager, Laskarhat Branch, Mr. Abdur Rahman B.Com, Union Chairman, Feni Sadar and Local Elites were also present on the occasion. A Doa Mehfil was also organized on the occasion.
