First Security Islami Bank presents VELC 1st English Language Fiesta 2015 held at Viqarunnisa Noon School and College. More than 1000 students of 60 Schools & Colleges were participated in the Festival. Mr. George Mesthos, Cultural Affairs Officer of American Center, U.S. Embassy was present as Chief Guest, Mr. Azam Khan, Head of Marketing & Development Division of FSIBL and Mohammad Zahir Uddin, Head of Sales of Matador Group were present as Special Guest on the occasion. Among others Mst. Sufia Khatun, Principal (Acting) of Viqarunnisa Noon School and College, Teachers, members of VELC & participants were also present on the occasion.
