First Security Islami Bank sponsored Bangladesh Hockey Team for participating Asian Games Qualifying Hockey Tournament to be held at Muscat, Oman. A program was organized in this regard on March 05, 2018 at Falcon Hall of Bangladesh Air Force. Air Marshal Abu Esrar, BBP, ndc, acsc, Chief of Air Staff and President of Bangladesh Hockey Federation, Mr. Syed Waseque Md Ali, Managing Director, First Security Islami Bank Limited, Mr. A M Mosaddique Ahmed, Managing Director of Biman Bangladesh Airlines and Dr. Mahfuzur Rahman, Senior Vice President of Bangladesh Hockey Federation & Chairman of ATN Bangla were present in the program. Among others, Mr. Abdus Sadeque, General Secretary, Bangladesh Hockey Federation and other high officials were present in the program.
