Closing & Prize Giving Ceremony of First Security Islami Bank presents VELC 1st English Language Fiesta 2015 held at Viqarunnisa Noon School and College. More than 1000 students of 60 Schools & Colleges were participated in the Festival. Viqarunnisa English Language Club organized the Festival.
