Send Money

1. First cash customer can add up to 5 First CASH customer account numbers (not agent or merchant numbers) as favorite numbers in a calendar month.
   
2. No charge will be applicable to send money up to 100 taka to any number via First Cash app and USSD (by dialing *257#).
   
3. No charge will be applicable to send money to favorite numbers up to Tk 25,000 per calendar month
   
4. A charge of Tk 5 will be applicable for transactions between Tk 25,000.01 to Tk 50,000 per month to favorite numbers.
   

5. If the monthly transaction on the favorite number is more than Tk 50,000, a charge of Tk 10 per transaction will be applicable

6. As per the limit mentioned above, in case of border transactions, higher charges will be applicable. Example: A customer has already sent Rs. 24,500 to his favorite number in 1 month. Now if he wants to send another Rs 600 to a favorite number, (Total Rs 25,100), then a charge of Rs 5 will be applicable for this transaction.

7. A customer can have maximum 5 favorite numbers at any time

Similarly, a customer has already sent money of Tk 49,500 to his favorite number in 1 month. Now if he wants to send another Rs 600 to a favorite number, (Total Rs 50,100), then a charge of Rs 10 will be applicable for this transaction.

Send money to any number other than your favorite number

• No charge will be applicable for sending money up to 100 taka per month to any number other than the favorite number

• In case of sending money from 101 to 25,000 taka per month to any number other than the favorite number, a charge of 5 taka will be applicable.
  

• A charge of 10 taka will be applicable for sending money in excess of 25,000 taka per month to any number other than the favorite number.

• As per the limit mentioned above, in case of border transactions, a charge of Tk.10 will be applicable. Example: A customer has already sent money of Tk 24,500 to any number other than favorite number in 1 month. Now if he wants to send another Rs 600 (Total Rs 25,100), then a charge of Rs 10 will be applicable for this transaction.
