Cash out from agent

If you have sufficient amount of First cash, you can withdraw money from any First cash across the country through cash out.

For cash out from agent: -

1. Visit any First Cash agent
2. Tell the agent your withdrawal amount (If the amount is 5,000 or more, you must mention the photo ID or ID number)
3. Enter your First Cash account number and amount in the agent register
4. Dial *257# on your mobile for First cash menu
5. Select “Cash Out”.
6. Select “From Agent”.
7. Enter Agents First Cash Account Number (Ask Agent) 
8. Enter the amount
9. Complete Cash Out with your First Cash Mobile Menu PIN
   

   Both you and the agent will receive a confirmation message. Count the money and sign the agents register book before leaving the counter.

   Cash out from ATM

A security code will first be required to withdraw money from a fixed Bank ATM that can be cashed out of a First Cash account. Follow the below steps for security code-

• Dial *257 # to go to First Cash Mobile menu                                                           
• Select the Cash Out option                                                                                       
• Select the From ATM option                                                                                  
• Enter your First Cash Mobile Menu Pin (PIN) number

You will receive a security code (OTP) on your mobile via SMS which will be active for the next 5 (five) minutes and can be used only 1 (one) time.

ATM withdrawal Follow the steps below to withdraw money from Fixed Bank ATM that can be cashed out from First Cash Account: -

1. Click on the First Cash Out button at the bottom left corner of the ATM screen

2. Choose your preferred language

3. Enter FirstCash Account Number

4. The amount you want to cash out

5. Enter the security code received through SMS

6. Verify and confirm your given information

7. Receive money and receipt

8. You will receive a confirmation SMS from FirstCash
